Verifiable Documentation
Company, product, specification, test, certification, packaging and intellectual-property materials that can be checked.
Export Coordination Awareness
An understanding of market differences and willingness to align samples, labels, instructions, inspection and export information.
Responsive Communication
A designated contact who can respond on product updates, exceptions, delivery milestones and after-sales issues.
Recommended information for a first submission
Clear and complete information makes an initial fit assessment faster. If something is unavailable, state when it may be supplied.
- Registered company name, location, registration identifier and primary contact.
- Main product lines, factory or manufacturing-resource profile, and available cooperation models.
- Chinese and English product names, models, SKUs, intended use, materials and key specifications.
- Electrical parameters, battery information, plug options and any other special product attributes.
- Existing test reports, certifications or system documents, including covered models and validity.
- Packaging format, carton quantity, net and gross weight, dimensions and loading reference.
- MOQ, capacity, sample timing, production lead time and reference trade terms.
- Existing and target markets, brand authorization and intellectual-property status.
Do not submit false, expired or model-inapplicable certificates. Special controls, dangerous-goods transport or destination-market admission requirements should be disclosed and supported during further verification.
